Whole life policy

Premiums do not change for the life of the policy

Premiums fully paid up after 20 years (240 months)

Maximum coverage of $20,000

Payable on death: 100% of face amount plus bonus dividends (if applicable)

Double indemnity coverage for accidental death

WHOLE LIFE TO 85: UP TO 70 YEARS OLD

Coverage up to $15,000

Lower premiums than 20 Payment Life

Premiums do not change for the life of the policy

Paid up at age 85

Payable on death: 100% of face amount

Double indemnity coverage available for accidental death

SIMPLIFIED: AGE 50 TO 75

Whole life policy

Coverage up to $15,000

Premiums remain the same throughout life of policy.

Limited medical information required (5 medical questions).

Payable on death: 100% of face amount

Double indemnity on Accidental death.

GUARANTEED: AGE 50 TO 75

Whole life policy available if you answer YES to one or more of the questions on the application for the Simplified policy.

Coverage of up to $20,000

Limited medical information required

100% coverage after 2 years. If death occurs during these 2 years, all premiums will be refunded.
