Purchasing
one of the following Whole Life policies qualifies
the policyholder automatically as a Member of our
Association. Members can take advantage of our low
cost plans and update from our simple Membership at
any time.
20 Payment Life
- Whole
life, level premium becomes fully paid up after
20 years (240 months) of premiums.
- Participating
(this means qualifies for bonus dividends when applicable)
- Issue
age to a maximum of 65
- Maximum
coverage of $20,000
- 100%
of face amount payable on death plus bonus dividends
(if applicable)
Whole
Life to 85
- Lower
priced, level premium, non-participating becomes
paid up at age 85.
- Issue
age to a maximum of 70 years of age.
- 100%
of face amount payable on death
- Double
indemnity coverage available for Accidental death.
- Coverage
up to $15,000.
Simplified
Issue
- Whole
life, non-participating policy with level face amount
and level premiums. Issue ages between 50 and 75.
- Limited
medical information required (5 medical questions).
Coverage is immediate.
- 100%
of face amount payable on death.
- Double
indemnity on Accidental death.
- Coverage
up to $15,000.
Guaranteed
Issue
- Whole
life, non-participating policy with level face amount
and level premiums. Issue ages between 50 and 75.
- Limited
medical information required, with a 2 year elimination
period.
- This
policy is used for those who have answered yes to
one or more of the health underwriting questions
on the application used for the Senior Simplified
policy.
- 100%
coverage after 24 month elimination period. However,
should death occur during the initial 24 months,
all premiums will be returned.
