The Executive Board consists of the Grand Chief, Grand Chieftain and three Executive Board Members, elected every 3 years at Grand Camp, along with the immediate Past Grand Chief (or designate) and the Grand Secretary-Treasurer appointed by the Executive Board. The Executive Board meets three to four times a year and makes the decisions for the overall operation of the association based on the guidelines laid out by Grand Cmap and the Constitution.
